Terms This is a permanent, full time job, which reqires working days.

Salary will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education The applicant should have completed university.

Experience at least a full years experience.

Specific Skills Interview clients, Prepare case histories, Assess clients’ problems, Develop and implement counselling and intervention programs to assist clients in determining goals and means of attaining them, Evaluate effectiveness of counselling programs and interventions, Evaluate clients’ progress in resolving identified problems and movement towards defined objectives, Follow up results of counselling programs and clients’ adjustment, Conduct research, Provide consultation services to government and other organizations, Write reports (assessment, follow-up, progress, court reports, etc.)

Additional Skills Perform administrative tasks, Use computer applications

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Work under pressure, Tight deadlines

Transportation/Travel Information Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning

Other Information Must have a minimum of 1 year Vocational Rehab experience. Coordinate Labour Market Re-entry programs, Job Search Training, Transferable Skills Analyses, Vocational Assessments.
