Terms This is a permanent, full time job, which reqires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary will be $11.00 per hour for a 30 hour week.

Education The applicant should have some high school.

Experience Customer Response Inc. will provide training..

Specific Skills Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Access and process information, Perform general office duties
