Salary will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education The applicant should have some college.

Experience at least three years experience.

Staff Responsibility 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility $500,001 - $1,500,000

Area of Specialization College and university education

Specific Skills Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Oversee the analysis of data and information, Oversee the preparation of reports, Plan, develop and implement communications strategies

Additional Skills Plan and control budget and expenditures, Hire, train, direct and motivate staff

Security and Safety Bondable, Criminal record check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Sitting, Large workload

Transportation/Travel Information Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel, Willing to travel overnight, Travel expenses paid by employer

Ability to Supervise 5-10 people, Committees
