Salary will be $16.03 to $19.13 per hour for a 35 hour week.

Education The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience one or two years experience.

Work Setting Public sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software

Typing (Words Per Minute) 61 - 80 wpm

Area of Specialization Correspondence, Reports and records, Invoices

Specific Skills Schedule and confirm appointments, Maintain filing system, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries, Compile data, statistics and other information, Computerized bookkeeping and accounting

Transportation/Travel Information Own vehicle

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure

Essential Skills Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Computer use
