Education The applicant should have completed college.

Experience at least three years experience.

Credentials required The applicant should have First Aid Certificate, WHMIS, Driver’s License.

Budgetary Responsibility $1,500,001 - $4,000,000

Specific Skills Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, Prepare reports

Security and Safety Enhanced reliability security clearance

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information Valid driver’s licence

Ability to Supervise 5 - 10 people

Other Information Responsible for the day-to-day management of activities associated with project life cycle. Experience in the construction & telecommunications industries. Working towards PMP designation is an asset.
