Terms This is a temporary, full time job, which reqires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary will be $11.87 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education The applicant should have some high school.

Credentials required The applicant should have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Work Setting Hotel, Motel, Resort, Private residence

Specific Skills Sweep, mop and wash floors, Wax and polish floors, Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Make beds and change sheets, Distribute clean towels and toiletries, Stock linen closet, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Disinfect operating rooms and other areas, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Clean and disinfect elevators, Handle and report lost and found items, Attend to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items, Provide basic information on facilities, Handle complaints, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Clean changing rooms and showers
