Terms This is a permanent, full time job, which reqires working days, evenings, and weekends.

Salary will be $24,000.00 to $27,500.00 per year for a 40 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education The applicant should have completed high school.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications Point of sale system, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment

Staff Responsibility 1 - 20

Specific Skills Manage staff and assign duties, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Implement price and credits policies, Recruit and train staff, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information Own transportation

Ability to Supervise 3 - 4 people

Other Information The Member Care Manager has 2 main responsibilities, to increase sales through the front desk and to increase retention through their connection with the members.
