Terms This is a permanent, full time job, which reqires working days.

Salary will be $20.00 to $24.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education The applicant should have some college.

Experience at least three years experience.

Major Work Area Fabrication, Fitting

Type of Equipment Brakes and presses, Shears, Cutting torches, Grinders, Drills

Area of Specialization Structural metal or steel, Platework

Specific Skills Lay out reference points and patterns, Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures, Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines, Construct patterns and templates

Additional Skills Read blueprints, Instruct apprentices

Own Tools/Equipment Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves

Work Location Information In shop

Other Information Must have CWB welding tickets and structural welding and fitting ability. Flux Core, Mig, Metal Core projects with carbon steel. 1 in-shop and 1 field positions available on day-shift.
