Credentials required The applicant should have Industry/Trade certification. Work Setting Private training organization or college, Vocational school Area of Instruction Child care services Specific Skills Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses, Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students’ progress, Advise students on program curricula and career decisions, Develop course content, Conduct course and program evaluation or review, Deliver lectures and presentations, Lead discussion groups and seminars, Train and supervise students in practical shop work session, Evaluate shop work of students in trades, Practical experience related to area of instruction Additional Skills Supervise teaching assistants, Use audio-visual equipment, Prepare reports Security and Safety Criminal record check Transportation/Travel Information Own transportation Ability to Supervise 5-10 people Teaching Audience Adult Teaching Format Classroom Essential Skills Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use Profile for Royal Institute of Science & Management Provide career training to the community under Private Career Colleges act, 2005.
