Terms This is a temporary, full time job Shift work is involved.

Salary will be $20.00 to $22.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education The applicant should have completed college.

Experience at least a full years experience.

Specific Skills Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced, Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties

Other Information Our client is looking for Bilingual French and English Help Desk Technicians to support customers in Quebec and Ontario. You must be able to work in a 24/7 environment.

Languages Other than English, the aplicant should Speak French, Read French, Write French.
