Salary will be $10.69 per hour for a 37 hour week. Education The applicant should have completed high school. Experience at least three years experience. Work Setting Retail establishment Supervisory Experience Cashiers, Grocery clerks and shelf stockers Specific Skills Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages Security and Safety Criminal record check Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment Ability to Supervise 3 - 4 people Essential Skills Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing Profile for Goodwill - The Amity Group Not-for-profit organization.
