Salary will be $700.00 to $800.00 per for a 44 hour week.

Education The applicant should have some college.

Experience one or two years experience.

Work Setting Bake shop, Large volume bakery, Camp

Type of Equipment Conventional oven, Automated mixer or processor

Food Specialties Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Donuts and muffins, Cake decorating

Specific Skills Prepare doughs and batters, Bake mixed dough and batters, Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards

Additional Skills Maintain records and inventory, Train staff

Essential Skills Reading text, Oral communication, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Continuous learning

Languages Other than English, the aplicant should Spanish.
