Specific Skills Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Implement price and credits policies, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented
