Terms This is a permanent, full time job, which reqires working days.

Salary will be $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education The applicant should have completed university.

Experience at least three years experience.

Specific Skills Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software, Implement data, software and hardware security procedures, Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade web-server hardware and software, Set up local area networks and connections to the internet, Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance

Computer and Technology Knowledge Windows, Unix

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines

Essential Skills Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving

Other Information IT specialist required to manage application servers: set-up and tuning. Must know Weblogic and Websphere in Java environment: Java; J2EE; Oracle and DB2. Strong communication skills required.
