TSE Canada (Placement Agency)has 2 positions for a Water treatment operator(water Waste Water Operator) Terms This is a permanent, full time job Shift work is involved. Salary will be $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week. Education The applicant should have completed college. Experience at least a full years experience. Credentials required The applicant should have Water Treatment Certificate (Levels I, II or III), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Specific Skills Operate and monitor computerized control systems and related equipment to regulate the treatment and distribution of water, Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and to ensure plant systems are operating normally, Analyze test results and instrument readings, Complete and maintain plant logs and reports, Operate and monitor computerized control systems and related equipment to regulate the flow of sewage and to treat and dispose of sewage and wastes, Monitor and read recording instruments to detect equipment malfunctions and ensure plant systems and equipment are operating within prescribed limits, Collect waste and sewage samples, test and analyze results, Make adjustments to plant equipment and systems, Perform maintenance and repairs to plant machinery or equipment Additional Skills Complete and maintain plant logs and reports Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Handling heavy loads Transportation/Travel Information Valid driver’s licence Other Information PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE COMPLETED OIT IN WC, WWC, WT, AND WWT.
