Terms This is a temporary, full time job, which reqires working days.

Salary will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience at least a full years experience.

Work Setting Private sector

Business Equipment and Computer Applications Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software

Specific Skills Establish work priorities, Ensure deadlines are met, Ensure procedures are followed, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets and parking, Assemble data, Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Transportation/Travel Information Own transportation

Other Information Responsible for maintaining accurate petroleum & propane inventories at all bulk & filler plants, including Service Dept parts. Initiates customer contact calls & admin duties. 12+ month contract.
