Business Equipment and Computer Applications Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software Staff Responsibility 1 - 20 Area of Specialization Sales, Marketing Specific Skills Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department, Advise senior management, Conduct site visits, Conduct sales blitzes, Participate in trade shows, Ability to make cold calls, Maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts Additional Skills Recruit and hire staff, Arrange for training of staff, Conduct performance reviews Security and Safety Basic security clearance Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail Transportation/Travel Information Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence Ability to Supervise 5 - 10 people Essential Skills Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making Other Information Manage a team of Direct Sales managers and reps and motivate them to achieve sales goals.Must cover territories from Burlington to Windsor and required to travel within those territories.
