Salary will be $12.00 to $14.00 per hour for a 40 hour week. Education The applicant should have completed high school. Experience one or two years experience. Area of Specialization Assembly, Installation, Inspection, Fitting, Wiring Type of Inspection Specialization Finished products, Electrical assemblies, Subassemblies Specific Skills Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints, Assemble winding into core and make electrical connections, Fit electrical control devices into switchboards and panelboards, Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards, Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards Own Tools/Equipment Safety glasses/goggles Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination Transportation/Travel Information Public transportation is available Essential Skills Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others Other Information 1 Electrical Sub-Assemblers needed to work 3:30pm-2:00am shift (Mon-Thurs).
