Terms This is a permanent, part time job, which reqires working days.

Salary will be $10.50 per hour for a 25 hour week.

Education The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience is an asset.

Credentials required The applicant should have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Work Setting Apartment/condominium complex, Office building, Commercial building, Private residence

Specific Skills Sweep, mop and wash floors, Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Clean and disinfect elevators, Handle and report lost and found items, Provide basic information on facilities, Handle complaints, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings, Clean changing rooms and showers

Transportation/Travel Information Vehicle supplied by employer, Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is not available

Security and Safety Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)
