Terms This is a permanent, full time job, which reqires working days and evenings. Shift work is involved.

Salary will be $16.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Experience at least three years experience.

Work Setting Rubber products manufacturers, Plastic products manufacturers

Supervisory Experience Plastics processing machine operators, Labourers in rubber and plastic products manufacturing, Plastic products assemblers, finishers and inspectors

Specific Skills Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products, Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units, Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, Set up machines and equipment

Additional Skills Prepare production and other reports, Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Sitting

Ability to Supervise 16 - 20 people
