Type of Products Seasonal plants, Bedding plants Specific Skills Pot and re-pot plants, Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings Own Tools/Equipment Gloves Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling Work Site Environment Hot, Cold/refrigerated Essential Skills Oral communication, Working with others, Computer use Other Information Works well without supervision, strong work ethic. 40hr+ week. 7 days/week when busy.
