Terms This is a permanent, full time job, which reqires working nights.

Salary will be $12.50 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience at least a full years experience.

Credentials required The applicant should have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Work Setting Apartment/condominium complex, Health care facility, Office building, Educational facility, Industrial facility, Commercial building, Recreational Facility

Specific Skills Sweep, mop and wash floors, Wax and polish floors, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Handle and report lost and found items, Provide basic information on facilities

Transportation/Travel Information Vehicle supplied by employer, Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is not available

Security and Safety Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)
