Blue Mountain Resorts Ltd.has 3 positions for a Food service supervisor(base Lodge Supervisor-Full Time Seasonal) Terms This is a seasonal, full time job, which reqires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Salary will be $14.00 per hour for a 40 hour week. Education The applicant should have completed high school. Experience one or two years experience. Credentials required The applicant should have Smart Serve. Work Setting Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession Supervisory Experience Bartenders, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers Specific Skills Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare and submit reports Additional Skills Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Essential Skills Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use Other Information Come work at one of our 3 exciting, busy base lodges.
