Terms This is a temporary, full time job, which reqires working days.

Salary will be $16.00 to $17.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education The applicant should have some university.

Experience one or two years experience.

Work Setting Retail and wholesale distribution center

Business Equipment and Computer Applications Windows, General office equipment, Word processing software, Internet browser

Specific Skills Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Access and process information, Perform general office duties

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information Public transportation is available

Other Information (Mail Order Company) Temp to Perm/ Shifts: 11:00am to 7:00pm and 1:00pm to 9:00pm. Candidate will be required to do some Data Entry as well. 2 to 3 years previous call centre experience required.

Languages Other than English, the aplicant should Speak French, Read French, Write French.
