Terms This is a permanent, part time job, which reqires working days and weekends.

Salary will be $11.00 per hour for a 16 hour week.

Education The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience is an asset.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications Data entry, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls

Essential Skills Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Computer use

Other Information Must be able to manage multiple priorities under deadline constraints. Must be able to remain diplomatic and professional at all times. Must be comfortable in a consultative selling role
